Technical Trainer

Qualification

Bachelors / Masters in Electronics / VLSI
Background in Teaching/Training
Consistent track record in Academics
Good scripting, analysis & debug skills

Skill Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Digital Electronics/VLSI/PCB domains
Gate level and circuit level understanding of CMOS logic design
Familiar with ASIC design flow or PCB development activities
Good communication, interpersonal skills and team player
Flexible, hardworking and able to perform high quality work
Passionate about spreading ESDM domain knowledge

Responsibilities

– Give training on Hardware/PCB/VLSI courses
– Formulate course syllabus and presentations based on the requirements
– Counseling to students
– Work with industry partners on executing project work/internships for students

Technical trainer Junior

Qualification
 
Bachelors / Masters in Electronics / VLSI with minimum aggregate 70%
Consistent track record in Academics, Good scripting, analysis & debug skills
 
Skill Requirements
 
Minimum 0-6months of experience / training in Physical Design
Gate level and circuit level understanding of CMOS logic design
Familiar with backend ASIC design digital flow
Good communication, interpersonal skills and team player
Flexible, hardworking and able to perform high quality work
 

Training Coordinator

Manages multiple training programs. Coordinates schedules, resources, trainers across multiple trainings. Manages interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, Students, Companies, and stakeholders. Is the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally. Manages collection of fee and revenue. Assigns overall tasks to others managing general areas of responsibility in support of training goals. Exercises judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. Oversees all trainings, dependencies, costs; assigns resources, and communicates expectations to core team members. Creates/tracks/adjusts the program schedule. Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of training goals; Ensures that quality standards and budget constraints are met. Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate.
 
Additional Skills:
Graduate in any discipline with about 6 years of experience. Experience in coordinating technical training courses is a bonus. Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
